DETAIL DESCRIPTION I was getting into the left turn lane on 224 to turn onto Mill Creek Blvd. A car had just turned onto Mill Creek Blvd from 224, parked in front of New Day Recovery, and turned on their hazards. As I was waiting, I saw the driver exit their vehicle, walk around the car to the passenger side, reach inside and throw out a handful of trash onto the grass (a card board cup holder, two styrofoam cups with plastic straws is what I saw them throw). I turned onto the street soon after, and as I passed they had just opened their trunk, though I didn’t get a chance to notice why. After driving North on Mill Creek Blvd for about a quarter mile, I turned around to see if I could get back before they left to get their car information, and also to pick up the trash I saw them throw out. As I arrived back, they had just pulled out of park, turned around in the complex parking lot across from New Day, and we’re turning left onto 224. I then pulled over, put on my hazards and picked up their trash. |
