Woman in the late 60s early 70s littering from car driver seat. Around 8:40 AM, just now, I witnessed from a parking position an older lady dumping popcorn out of her plastic to go food container in the middle of the street of Latona Ave., North. She spread it along the street for about 20 feet sprinkling from The passenger side of the car. The car was gray sedan. License plate number AOL4295. She was the only person in the car |
