DETAIL DESCRIPTION
i witnessed the driver throw 4 pieces of trash out his window 4 separate times. first, it was a can of some sort that hit or almost hit a car coming the other way. second time, it looked to be a plastic cup at another on coming car. third time, it appeared to be the lid to the cup he had already thrown out his window. the fourth, he throw out some type of plastic rapping label, like what comes on a soda bottle. |
