DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was heading North on NE MLK and was a few blocks south of NE Alberta street. I saw a driver of a Dark Blue Toyota Sedan (OR Plate: 142 JDL ) in front of me throw a large paper cup, with plastic lid & plastic straw in to the bushes of the median.
