DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On May 28th, 2018 at about 1PM, these gentlemen were eating food out of pizza boxes while driving on 29th Avenue, having left Alameda. When the driver was done eating, he opened the drivers door and tossed his dirty pizza box, food wrappers and napkins on the middle of 29th Avenue. Then, while driving over 880 on 23rd Avenue, one of the passengers threw their trash out of the window. |
