DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A man was seen in a white & blue cable van, parked for a long period of time eating fast food, later the street was strewn with fast food containers & litter. As a direct result an extremely noisy street sweeper was sent out after midnight, & returned multiple times in 1/2 hr intervals to clean what must have been an enormous mess, there are many babies in the area sleeping so it would be better for neighbors to report this activity to MPD or Alderman, if persons are loitering in the future. |
