DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Approximately 09:15 on June 26, 2018, a caucasian male, who had been smoking and flicking ashes out of the drivers side car window, threw out a cigarette on SB Highway 93. The driver was in a late model Subaru sedan assumed to be an Impreza or WRX with Colorado plate OGV173.
