DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I witnessed litter purposely thrown from the below pictured vehicle (I think two hamburger wrappers? and one large beverage container - with lid and straw). Each item was thrown out separately, hundreds of feet apart, as the vehicle traveled. The below picture was taken after the two (hamburger wrappers?) were thrown out, and before the large beverage container - with lid and straw) were thrown out. The below picture was taken 2018-07-02 8:28pm looking Easterly, at the intersection of: S.W. 102nd St. and 1st Ave. S. Seattle, WA 98168. The litter appeared to be thrown out the passenger side window, by the front seat passenger. I definitely saw three individuals in the vehicle, two in the front seat, and (at least) one in the back seat, on the passenger side of the vehicle. To me, the individuals looked like they were of Polynesian descent (Samoan). Though I never saw there faces. Only the back of there heads / profiles from pretty much their shoulders up. I would sure like to see the vehicle owner Prosecuted / Fined for such! I would be very willing to testify! Thank you. |
