Driving on interstate-5 behind this truck, solo driver was male, wearing a blue T-shirt. He had short brown hair. Appeared to be 6 feet or taller. The cup was tossed as I was driving behind him. It bounced on the ground and was distracting. As well, disrespectful and lazy to litter. Thank you for looking into this and helping keep our environment clean.
