DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Neighbor named Glenda Guerrero has been throwing her trash bags full of dog pads(she has 7 dogs) and meat packages onto ground next to trash cans. She refuses to throw them inside for over 6 months now. Manager has threatened her repeatedly to kick her out, but hes not putting his foot down. She had about 4 big potatoes sacks in her yard for about a month and today she threw them all over the ground. I told her(again) to clean up her mess and throw her trash in the cans and she says I dont care repeatedly. Shes an illegal alien from El Salvador, so you would think she would behave. Before this she would throw her trash behind my car for about 2 months, I called her out and she kept lying until I showed her a piece of her mail in the trash bags. Then she had said again, she doesnt care. I dont know who to call because the rotten smell goes into our house and the alley is bombarded with cats. |
