DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On Friday, July 27, 2018, at approximately 10:52 hours, while traveling west on HWY 38 (E Lugonia Ave) towards the city of Redlands, I observed a man smoking with his window down ashing the lit cigarette outside the car every few seconds. After passing Grove St, approaching University Ave, he tossed the lit cigarette butt out the window into the street.
I photographed his vehicle at the Univerisity Ave traffic control light. A few minutes later, I turned on Orange St, Redlands, and his vehicle continued on Lugonia Ave, heading west.
Incident was noticed due to massive wildfires in the area; including 3 fires within 20 miles of our location burning at the time of the incident; which include a 1407 acre fire in my resident city of Forest Falls. |
