DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Threw a white syrofoam cup and a tray with chicken strips/fries out passage window. Going 75 mph down Northbound 23 just south of Thompson Road exit 84. Couldve caused an accident, not to mention that Styrofoam is terrible on the enviornment! They deserve a ticket or Community roadside litter clean up!! |
