Blue truck threw burning cigarette butt from vehicle on freeway exit to central ave in kent, wa I was behind him on the ramp, I got out of my car and put the cigarette butt out and informed him of his actions that he could start a brush fire, he didnt really seem to care, I told him there is a fine and I was going to report him, again didnt seem to care. |
