Tossing trash into Desert

DETAIL DESCRIPTION
As I approached the truck from the opposite direction, it was pulled on the side of the road stopped. I saw the passenger in the truck throwing out a large amount of trash into the open desert. The one item I could tell what exactly it was, was a Little Cesears Puzza Box. Once I went by, I made a UTurn to try and get the plate number. The truck pulled back into traffic and the passenger continued to throw trash as they drove off.
