DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was stopped at the light at College Park Rd and Treeland Dr.I saw the Driver of a silver KIA, license:PVF860, throw an empty cigarette pack on the road. A couple of Seconds later, the back window lowered and someone threw out a plastic cup. I honked my horn and pointed at the driver and she shrugged her shoulders and drove off when the light turned green. I have pictures of the car and trash on the road!
