DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driver was not staying in lane (driving halfway on median) and just after taking left fork in left lane for I-25 southbound exit 225a to I-40 east, driver threw banana peel out of drivers window just as they drove over oncoming westbound I-40 traffic. Driver appeared to be attempting to throw banana peel over the overpass barrier into traffic below, as it was thrown high with notable force, however thankfully the peel hit high on the barrier and harmlessly fell to the median of the overpass. Incident captured with dash camera video. |
