DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This part if the road is 50mph with 2 lanes in each direction. Car was driving at speeds varying between 40 and 60, cutting off cars trying to pass it while it was going slow, throwing trash items out the window at cars it cut off such as fast food trash, soda bottle, napkins or paper, and what I believe was a child’s tennis shoe?
We have an anti-littering campaign with the slogan, “Don’t Mess With Texas” with roadsigns and everything. I am unable to report this behavior on the Texas website and I am VERY glad your state also takes this seriously and has a reporting website - I have family in Baudette that I visited a few years ago and Minnesota is a very beautiful place! |
