DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Watched a lit cigarette get thrown out passenger side window. There was a guy driving with a dark beard, older, and a woman in the passenger seat. I didnt get a good look at her. I took a picture of the car and the cross roads from 410 heading from Buckley to Sumner on my cell phone. He turned off at walmart. |
