Window rolled down and threw a Cigarette down on the concrete. Middle school age boy in passenger side dark short hair, same but older boy behind him, and girl with Highlights long hair behind her. Children maybe.. Great Example for Children and/or kids period. Complained at Drive thru window about me telling her.. they know its illegal and that it has to be picked up obviously. |
