DETAIL DESCRIPTION
After merging onto the I-565 on-ramp eastbound and just before going under AL Route 255 (a.k.a., Rideout Road), the driver threw a large, brown paper bag out of the driver-side window. The bag was rolled up some at the top, and it appeared that it might have had something in it, as the bag fell to the ground/median fairly quickly and didnt seem to tumble much or blow away with the wind. The license plate had a Bill Penney mounting cover and a corresponding logo attached to the trunk lid. |
