A gentleman pull over on the corner of W. 42nd pl and S. Harvard Blvd los angeles ca, 90062
and proceeded to throw trash out of his car..mostly plastic bags.. it was raining so most of the trash he kicked into the gutter. That corner already gets flooded during rainy days and with people dumping trash into its already clogged gutters where is water going to go to.. I told him that was illegal, but he said in spanish he did not care. Took picture if license plate |
