Zoning law violation, urban residential prohibits horse stalls, feed lots and training arenas!
lot full of manure and bailing twine! garbage everywhere in the lot, 25-50 head of cattle in a 1.76 acre lot, in violation had over a 100 head a couple weeks ago!
Adjacent property @ 1847 hillyard Dr running an illegal horse breaking bizz, 6-8 horses with no shelter, and a arena with big lights all in violation of the Washington zoning and building laws.
Air pollution, litter and garbage everywhere,neglected horses with no shelter and wasted water and power watering the arena and burning the lights at night so they can beat on the cows practicing illegal rodeo events and abusing cows and committing felonys of training children to do it as well, child endangerment!
and training animals/children to compete with one another, a felony in all 50 states!!
law enforcement and building and zoning refuse to enforce the laws! and I have reported it to them over and over again!!
