DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A man was putting a new parking tag in his window and I told him he dropped something, he said dont worry its my old tag, I told him yeah but its on the ground could you please pick it up and throw it away, he gets confused, I explain again, this time picking up the trash to show him. He takes it and proceeds to throw it around the corner, I find the receipt crumpled around the corner, after he goes to toss it in the trash and he walks away. |
