Garbage, Litter, Household items along Grasshopper Rd from Smithfield Rd to about Popular Creek Rd
Months of litter..Have requested clean up multiple times without it being done.
In past 3 weeks, have seen clean up crews on Poole Rd in front of Rockbridge and on Smithfiled near Grasshopper but, they have never cleaned up Grasshopper despite prior requests |
