In all of my years in the Environmental Industry, I have never seen a company break as many local, state and federal laws in my life. The company Save That Stuff 200 Terminal Street Charlestown Mass. On the banks of Boston Harbor. Not only do they regularly break numerous laws, they have for years had a total disregard for the City permit which they lie on every number of the permit and regulations. No oversight at all. Destroying Boston Harbor.
I have never seen so many complaints at one time being brought to the attention of so many agencies,

. Actual tonnage is well off the mark on the permit
. The Permit is not displayed
. Materials are not clean source (they must be sorted)
. Regularly stored food waste on site causing a rodent issue
. The facilities storage is an OSHA death trap
. Material stored on site are kept well past storage times
. People work in the plant 24 hours sometime alone
. There is no supervisor between 5pm to 5am
. The storage of waste and recyclables uncovered in dumpsters is a daily event
. The facility is never secured. With all the equipment this is a danger to the public.
. Keys are left in all vehicles and equipment 24hrs with no supervisor. Very dangerous to public
. The facilities are never maintained, broken asbestos and trash is all around the grounds
. The building is open with holes in most walls.
. Behind sort line, vegetation grows thru walls holes
. The entire site has windblown litter, until it gets into the harbor
. Every truck and container drains into the harbor drains. Grease oil, debris, antifreeze and more
. 7 Pieces of Fork heavy equipment: No Licenses for up to 13 people that drive these (see cameras)
. Box truck 6/day do not weigh materials they guess and charge for this
. Driving uninsured vehicle on public roads
. Company paid cash for pallets, metal
. 3 employees paid cash
. One Illegal employee paid cash after being warned
. International clients cheated by 100s of thousands of pounds weighing incorrectly
. Company sells and destroys USPS Pallets (Federal Offense)
. For years, trucks registered to a home in Sudbury MA
. Many Customers believe Items are shredded are not actually shredded/all paper is sold
. Drains on site flow into Clean Boston Harbor
. At downpours 4 garages fill with water, every garage, container and truck drain into this Harbor
. Many bales have fallen through walls, broken Asbestos around grounds /still there, hitting cars and just missing persons on a number of occasions.
. Most fork trucks have no seat belts, horns, mirrors
. Fork Truck floors in warehouse bumpy, pot holes and uneven. Trip/Fall, A back injury just waiting
. Torpedo Heater in garage surrounded by flammables
. Open 4’-5’ pit deep x 30’ long with no sides or markings: Fall in Danger
. Roof Leaks every rain- trip and fall or fork truck slip.
. Vehicles drive through plant operation all day (There is a Right of way) very unsafe or managed
. Fire extinguishers with no easy mark or access.
. Fork Trucks, Bob cats and loaders are filled be large tankers in an enclosed building
. Very dangerous area where sorters enter and exit work station, woman almost killed tripping on debris daily mess.
