DETAIL DESCRIPTION
There is litter between 23rd Ave and 47th Ave on both sides of Highway 34 in Greeley. It looks like Waste Management has started a new dump site. There are car parts, boxes, plastics, bits of furniture, shopping bags. Trash hangs and is woven in the fencing along this stretch of highway. Not sure who is responsible for the clean up whether it is the Colorado State Highway Department or if it is the City of Greeley; but clean up is badly needed. |
