DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Passengers in grey Acura with new temporary license plate were throwing white paper, possibly napkins, and then a clear glass bottle out window onto I-680 freeway in Fremont Ca. near Mission Boulevard on/off ramp. Traffic was heavy and not moving. Car was in the No. 3 lane adjacent to on/off ramp median. Bottle shattered on concrete median throwing glass into onramp lane. |
