DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The 4 young adults that live in the house walk back and forth daily and when throw there soda cups, food bags, and 40oz beer bottles in my front yard and into the culver across the street. I have asked both Harley McNeil and Robbie to stop but they continue. Yesterday I mowed, picking up there trash and when I came back to front yard after mowing there was a broken flagpole newly thrown into my front yard. Right smack in front of my face. With the street littering I personally witness most of it from inside my front door. I tend to watch these kids when they pass. A third person is George (Robbies brother) last name unknown. White males, could be twins, medium height build both with ponytails. Harley white female usually red hair tall, thin all three appear late 20s maybe 30.
