DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Passenger forcefully threw large white possibly styrofoam cup out of window along with white napkins. Driver was female, Af. Am., hair pulled back and large sunglasses on. I honked at them directly after incident and again when passing them. Passenger was possibly in 40’s, black facial hair, bald, African Am., orange shirt, lighter skin, and hefty. Saw him quite well as he hung half way out the window flicking me off when they passed us on 204. Time was about 11am. |
