DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Trash from the business dumpster and the home are all over the roadside and into the woods across the street from the home/business. The owners know wildlife gets into the dumpster and spreads the trash around, yet they do not clean it up afterward, and they make not effort to prevent access to the dumpster i.e. hooking the dumpster lid, fencing, or any other means. The amount of household trash in the woods is extensive, contains information with the owner’s names (mail, prescription bottles, etc...). |
