DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were stopped in traffic and passenger in the back seat poured a water bottle with cigarette buts out the window, once emptied he threw it across the median to oncoming traffic. We took a photo. The car needed to merge due to an accident and wanted to get ahead of us, we pulled up to not let him in and told him we’re reporting for littering. Once traffic let up the drive by us and sprayed silly string out their car at us driving. I also have a video. |
