DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Travelling North on Raisin Center Hwy, just through the intersection of Laberdee, driver of truck threw a 7/11 slurpee cup and bag out the driver side window, then when he noticed I was behind him, sped to an unsafe speed to get away, continued driving erratically for about a half mile, then slowed to a stop in the middle of road, to waive me around him just before the intersection of Raisin Center and Chase Rd. |
