At 7:45 am someone in a white Altima KVF 7951 threw cigarette butt out of the drivers side window -after first tapping it to remove the ashes- near the front of 813 S Warren Street, Trenton, NJ while waiting for traffic light on Rt 29. The person drove to NJM Manufacturers after that. The address noted is that nearest to where this occurred, but, to be clear, the vehicle was only waiting at a light there, and the person driving does not reside at said address. Further, the license plate indicates the owner/driver is from PA. |
