threw beer can out of truck window

I was behind him, when he threw his beer can out of the truck window. So not only was he littering, he was also drinking while driving. He was driving a green pick-up truck. I didnt get a tag, but I have an address where he lives. Ive interacted with him before, and hes not a nice guy. He lets his Rottweiler run loose and attack people. His address is 16615 Woburn Rd., Sharpsburg, MD 21782. The littering incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. eastern on June 13, 2019
