DETAIL DESCRIPTION
There are plenty of homeless men and women who have inhabited the coconut grove train station and seem to have made it their permanent home. The issue is they buy a ton of disposable goods like wipes and plastic bottles, cans, cigarette packs, etc and then leave them in plastic bags until they fly away and no one has done anything. This has been going on for over two years and the security at the train station are aware and do nothing because it’s “not their job” |
