DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At approximately 10:45am,I witnessed a passenger throw a shiny can from the right side(passengers) window.It landed in the woods.The vehicle is a black Toyota T100 pickup truck. License plate stated it was from Bradley County, Tennessee. The truck had the back left tail light out, a ladder rack on top, ladder in the back. There were at least two white males in the truck, both had beards. |
