DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Every day, the people who live in 370 S 400 W, #3 in Logan take all of the newspaper, magazines, and ads delivered to their mailbox and throw them on the ground, in the bushes, in the tree by the mailboxes, and all over the street. Every single day that these ads are delivered. When I moved in, I cleaned out a layer of garbage residue left by them rotting all over the ground. They continue to litter despite my continuous picking up and throwing away and/or returning their garbage to their box. Please help me put a stop to this littering. |
