DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We followed a white Dodge diesel - late model onto the SB Ogden 24th street on-ramp to I-15 at 9:40 PM the night of 8/12, and witnessed it pull to the side of the on-ramp, throwing cups and other garbage out the window into the grass on the side of the road, and also running off the road itself, kicking up dust to us and others behind them. They then sped off, only to be slowed by the cars in front of them. |
