DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Over the course of two months, an individual described as a middle age white male, with brown hair and glasses, dressed in a brown coat and white sweat pants has been repeatedly littering in the vicinity of the St. John cemetery in Ypsilanti. In fact, witnesses describe the subject throwing hundreds of shredded phone book pages into the cemetery on a number of occasions along with plastic syrup(?) bottles and other household trash including light bulbs, used condoms, and toilet paper rolls. |
