DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Suspect was witnessed dragging a 30 gallon trash can from his mamas home to a vacant lot across the street. He then proceeded to dump the can emptying its contents of garbage and black bags behind a tree and bush near a neighboring house. Once dumped he crossed back over while swinging the empty can and dragged a second can of garbage to his original dump site.
City trash & refuse pickup came through the same day less than 20 minutes prior to this litterbug dirty dumping. He must not have wanted his Mama to get mad at him for NOT putting the remaining trash out to the curb ON TIME for proper pick up and disposal.
His solution: litter and trash the neighborhood on someone elses property. |
