DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Hi, I am living in the neighborhood very close to Page St, about a block up in the hill. Due to a big piece of vacant land along Page St and a great view to the Bay at the location, it attracts constant visitors with cars most of the time to hang out along the bank of Page St. The busiest time starts from 5 to middle of night. Random people just hang out to watch the sunset, smoking weeds, drinking, eating and I assume sexual activities. I walk my dogs everyday and pass by the street, I smell and see trash everywhere. Things range from fast food trash, cigarettes bugs, empty alcohol bottles, used condoms etc. I am so sick, disgusted and feel unsafe seeing all those trashes. In addition, two weekends ago, I saw a beat-up open top truck full of garbage such as broken screen door, old carpet etc driving by my house as I was on my way out to walk the dogs. As I approached to Page St, I saw the truck just drove up to the vacant land and dumped everything off the truck. Unfortunately I was too far away and didnt have my phone with me, I couldnt record the details. I just cant believe my eyes. Recently there are a few Do not Litter signs are put up on the street by the vacant land, thought it was a good start. But people continues to do the same thing. I dont know if anyone has reported it but the fact that the activities have not been stopped, it is a problem. I hope your organization can help out. Thank you for what you do.
