DETAIL DESCRIPTION
My upstairs neighbor in apartment 410 is constantly throwing things over her balcony from paint, to trash, to kitty litter, to unwanted clothes. My balcony is covered in glitter and paint because of her. I have a tually witnessed her arm flinging a pair of pants over the balcony. I have twice now returned to her clothing shes thrown. I have no idea what she drives since these incidents are at home. |
