DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving West on County Line Rd behind a lady in a blue van, and had to roll up my windows because of her cigarette smoke getting in my car. When she finished smoking it, she threw it out of her driver side window on County Line Td, between Quebec St and Holly St. She then turned South onto University. I snapped a picture of the back of her van when we were stopped at the light at County Line and Colorado Blvd. |
