DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I followed an older car on the South Meadows exit of 395, northbound, license plate 03C 071. The male driver threw a medium-sized box full of cans and other trash while traveling at high speed approaching the exit. This was dangerous as the contents of the box immediately dispersed across the road. At the exit, while preparing to turn right onto South Meadows Parkway, the driver threw additional boxes of junk through the passenger window onto the rock-landscaped area to the right. |
