Thursday Oct. 3, 2019, I witnessed white female middle aged, light Brn curly/wavy hair driver of a white Toyota Camry CA plate # 5XJC082 throw plastic and paper bags with large soft drink cup with straw (fast food litter) from the drivers window of her vehicle as she entered Hwy. 24, eastbound from Mt. Diablo Blvd. in Lafayette, CA. I am a competent witness and available to testify. |
