Summary:person threw burning cigarette willfully from moving vehicle.
Details:Was at stop light at on S. Green Valley Parkway headed northbound. Signal light turned green,vehicle accelerated, suspect/driver looked around, then threw lit cigarette out the drivers side window into the street. Several people blew their horns at this vehicle.
Suspect seemed to not care that they were seen in broad daylight with 10-15 witnesses.. hey I am not from Nevada I can do what I want,attitude..4-5 other persons in vehicle. |
