DETAIL DESCRIPTION
An elderly man, 6 ft 1 or 2 has been dumping yards of trash in an abandoned parking lot (with lots of through traffic). I have pictures of his mid 2000s blue PT cruiser and of him doing it. This has been ongoing for a week now with him dumping bodily fluid jugs, blankets and a shopping cart onto the property. Its gross, disrespectful and alarming. Especially when theres plenty of trash receptacles nearby. Ill continue to document and alert authorities if the behavior continues. |
