DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While stopped behind car headed east at Hammersmith red light on Berryhill Road, right side passenger (looked like a child around 7 or so - sitting up front and big enough to pull visor down) opened door and tossed out what appeared to be a full or partially full yogurt type container since it splattered on the road on impact, followed by what looked like a snack cake which also splattered, again followed by what looked like the empty packaging for the snack cake. There was time between tossings so mother was fully aware and appeared to be encouraging disposal of garbage out door and then window. She continued driving east until turning left at Anderson Lane. |
