DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At stoplight white paper tossed out driver window. I honked and demanded the trash be picked up. Driver, with wispy mustache, gray hoodie, glasses and olive skin gave me the finger and an FU I then took photo of scene showing litter, vehicle and license plate. Light turned green we both proceeded without further incident. |
