DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The individual threw a cup from his window. He happened to pull into the townhouses behind me (a frequent visitor of one tenant, 2425 Vesson Ave) so I walked over to ask him about it. He completely ignored me so I went inside to get my phone for a picture of his license plate. He started backing out as I approached and when I was filming his plate, he stopped in the road, then backed up to confront me.
He lied about having thrown the trash from his window, and even coming from that direction. I have surveillance cameras that clearly capture him littering and his confrontation. Theres constant litter at this intersection, this time I happened to capture it on video and know exactly (though not by name) who it is.

My understanding is this is at least a $250 fine in NC. His stopping and backing up to confront me leaves me more than a little leery as to what to expect from him since he knows exactly where I live. DPD will be contacted as well. |
